  Had Voyager rv do a call out job for an awning replacement on our trailer. They charge $40 for the call out. Fine, np. Their hourly rate is $120/hr. Fine, np. 2 techs show up to do the work and are finished in under 1 hour. I find out later that it's $120/hr/tech. Ridiculous but whatever. The total for a 1 hour job with a $374 awning fabric was $1,045.08. To be fair, we were told the job would be around $900 + taxes etc. However, when I went over the bill, I saw that they had charged us for 4 hours labour at $120/hr. Only after I stupidly paid this outrageous bill was I told that the job is set in their computer at a flat rate of 4 hours, hence $516 just in labour. Why is a 1 hour job set to 4 hours??? Obviously they know that 2 trained techs with all the knowledge and proper tools to do the job can get it done in significantly less time than 4 hours. why should u have to pay 4 hours labour for a 1 hour job??? I might as well have just thrown $300 out the window. Afterwards, I called a few different rv shops and every one i talked to charges strictly by the hour for the same job. If i had known this to be how voyager operates their service department, which was not disclosed to me, I definitely would have went elsewhere. Hopefully this review saves someone out there the hard lesson I had to learn. Update: as stated in the response below, Voyager rv promptly contacted me by phone and resolved this issue. Hopefully in the very near future they will revisit their flat rate quotes to reflect a much more fair timeline for certain services and repairs. Outside of this particular issue, I have dealt with them a few different times and my experiences have been fine. Thank you for rectifying the situation Voyager rv.

  My experience for a new Reflection Grand Design Trailer, 2018 has many defects that have come about and not been addressed by service department. I had my trailer delivered by their contractor and he backed up into a post at the RV lot and damaged the back left end. This has not been repaired and the issue is ongoing. Further the stabilizer one front side would not deploy. The awnings were not properly installed so have to manually assist to put down and they twist the canopy when going up due to uneven installation. The fridge light went out and now just runs on gas, until I can get this repaired. It seems one thing after another, the mobile service guy came out last Friday and just adjusted the stabilizer, nothing further. overall it appears sales are the push but customer satisfaction and service are lacking. The damage to the back end the Mobile RV repair service indicated he could not get the looks back to the original appearance when I bought the trailer. overall not very pleased with Voyager RV for a dealership and customer service. To me my worse fear has come true its all nicety for sale once you pay for the trailer you are in your own for service and followup.

  Worst buying experience ever! If it's not new they don't clean it properly. They
  knew when we were picking up our unit but nothing was ready. Poor communication between departments. They were to order missing parts for the unit we are still waiting 2 months later. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  Wonderful dealership! Staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Wide selection of RVs at different price points. Ask about their coffee machine!
